Tim Horton's is bringing back the Smiles. From September 17th to the 23rd buy a Tim Horton's Smiling Chocolate Chip Cookie for a $1.00 plus tax and all of the proceeds will be donated to the Regina Early Learning Centre. The Regina Early Learning Centre is programming the for children and their families from prenatal to five years of age.
