RSO's Kids Koncert

Introduce the youngsters in your life to the joy of the Classics at this accessible and entertaining afternoon with Uncle Vicky and the RSO. With the help of our story teller, the afternoon will begin with an introduction to the orchestra through Prokoviev's famous Peter and the Wolf which casts various instruments and musical themes as characters in the story; a perfect way to help the uninitiated identify the many voices of the orchestra. Rounding out the musical experience will be Poulenc's Babar the Elephant the musical story of a little pachyderm's life from his early days in the jungle to his adventures in Paris. Seating is limited, so get your tickets early.
