Don Narcisse Day

August 12th to be declared Don Narcisse Day in Saskatchewan

For one day only we’ll officially become Saskatche”don.”

All Roughrider fans are invited to Don Narcisse Day presented by SaskEnergy in support of KidSport™. Join Don Narcisse, Rider alumni and even Gainer the Gopher for the official celebration. Refreshments will be served. Autographs will be available and activities will be included for the kids.

When: 2 p.m., Thursday, August 12th.

Where:  Regina City Hall, main courtyard

Don will be back in Saskatchewan as part of the CFL’s Hall of Fame induction weekend. Be sure to come out, bring the kids, and show Don your appreciation for all he’s done for Saskatchewan!

Memorabilia Auction

Key Don Narcisse memorabilia items are now available for auction. He has generously donated a large portion of the proceeds to KidSport™.

Schedule and listing of memorabilia items will be available for viewing at donnarcisse.com.  This same website will also provide direct links to the auction on eBay. Auction items will be grouped accordingly and will run for seven days at a time before a new batch becomes available. The auction will run up to eight weeks.

Some key items on display will include:

1. Gloves from August 27th, 1998, when Narcisse became all-time Canadian Football League (CFL) career reception leader with 831 catches.

2. A 1989 Grey Cup touchdown ball

3. The 831st career catch ball

4. A signed Rider green jersey

5. A signed Don Narcisse half-helmet wall piece
