Little Bald Angels - Evening Into Thin Air

The LBA was formed in honour of Cheryl Sauer, a young female who passed away just days after her 22rd birthday from a three year battle with cancer. Throughout this time Cheryl was often found in the Allan Blair Children's Center acting as a role model to other children who were experiencing the same pain and fears. In addition, she often assisted the families making every attempt to make their days a little bit brighter. The Little Bald Angels is a registered Charity in the province of Saskatchewan administered by a board of 12 volunteers who's mandate is to provide paediatric Cancer patients and their families with various types of assistance during their course of treatment. Applicants are province wide and criteria requires nothing more than an unfortunate diagnosis of cancer. Main goal is to help relieve daily stresses that occur in relation to the attendance for treatments at the clinic.   The Little Bald Angel operates solely on donations and two annual fundraisers. This year has been big for the LBA as we have really begun to take off province wide. As such we have decided to have our first annual semi-fomal banquet.
