Groundhog Day is stupid

Groundhog Day is stupid. Even if we do get 6 more weeks of winter, it's mid-March. That's when spring generally starts anyways.

It's an excuse for small towns to have their yearly 15 minutes of fame. Don't know about you, but if I was a groundhog and was sleeping and a bunch of people woke me up from a deep sleep and hauled me outside into the cold, I'd be eating faces off...kinda like the killer rabbit in Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
